On the executive's telephone: Calls
to your number are only signalled
visually on your INTERNAL key (I).
Acoustic signalling occurs on the
secretary's MULTIPLE INTERNAL key
(MI). The secretary can take your
calls for you and transfer them.
Where necessary you can also
change the signalling of incoming
calls with the "Team Ringing" or
"Secretarial Function Transfer" func-
tion.
If you want to make an internal or
external call, seize an internal line
with the INTERNAL key (I) and you
can immediately dial internally, or
by dialling a line access code you
can seize an external line (your tele-
phone number is then busy). You
can also use the secretary's MI key
to make a call. This means that this
telephone number is then busy. If
you want to reach the secretary
directly, you simply need to press
the partner direct call key (P). It is
displayed on the key whether the
telephone is free or busy. A call can
still be made even if the telephone
is busy.
On the secretary's telephone: Calls
to your telephone number are sig-
nalled visually and acoustically on
your INTERNAL key (I). In addition,
calls to the executive's telephone
are signalled visually and acoustical-
ly on the MULTIPLE INTERNAL keys
(MI). Where necessary you can
change the call signalling for these
keys with the Change function.
If you want to make an internal or

with the INTERNAL key (I) and you

phone number is then busy). You
can also use the executive's MI key
to make a call. This telephone num-
ber is then busy. If you want to
