If you want to reach other sub-
scribers directly, you simply need to
press the relevant team direct call
key . It is displayed on the key
whether the subscriber is free or
busy.

Calls to your telephone number are
signalled visually and acoustically
on your INTERNAL key (I). External
calls are signalled on the EXTERNAL
keys (E). At the same time call sig-
nalling occurs on the MULTIPLE
EXTERNAL keys (T) of the team sub-
scribers. This also gives them the
opportunity to take waiting calls. If
you do not want the ME keys to be
signalled, you can switch these on
or off where required with the
"Team Ringing" or "Secretarial Func-
tion Transfer" function.
Activated features (e.g. call

divert) for your telephone's number
also affect the signalling of incom-
ing calls on the ME keys of team
subscribers.
If you want to make internal or
external calls, seize an internal line
with the INTERNAL key (I) and you
can immediately dial internally, or
by dialling a line access code you
can seize an external line (your tele-

phone number is then busy).
You can also use an EXTERNAL key
or a MULTIPLE EXTERNAL key (ME)
to make external calls. This means
that the telephone number of that
line is busy.
