• Sucked-in air
• Deformed float
• Groove worm needle valve
• Improperly sealed valve seat
• Improperly adjustment fuel level
• Improperly set pilot jet
• Clogged starter jet
• Starter plunger malfunction
• Improperly adjusted starter cable
• Clogged air filter
