remainder: 38/4=9, remainder 2. Therefore, it is not in the
same group with A and B.)
A maximum 4,096 IADs can be assigned. However, only 63
simultaneously active calls through IAD unlocked ports are
allowed in any one IAD Group.
Note
IAD ports can be over-provisioned; however, only 63
can obtain dial tone at one time.
