FRONT BRAKE
7. Install:
• Brake pad spring 1
• Brake pads 2
• Brake pad pin
18 N.m (1.8 kgf.m; 13 ft.lb)
NOTE:
Install the brake pad (internal) with its
fastener a facing the support pin b

Installation steps:
• Connect a clear plastic tube 1 firmly to
the bleeding screw. Then, place the other
end of the tube in a container.
• Loosen the bleeding screw and push the
piston against the caliper manually.
• Tighten the bleeding screw.
Bleeding screw:
6 N.m (0.6 kgf.m; 4.3 ft.lb)

8. Install:
• Brake caliper assembly
• Screws 1
Screw:
23 N.m (2.3 kgf.m; 17 ft.lb)

Route the brake hose properly in order to
ensure the safe riding.
