INSPECTION AND REPAIR
5. Check:
• Clutch springs
Damages => Replace spring assembly.
6. Measure:
• Spring free length a
Out of specification => Replace spring
assembly.
7. Check:
• Friction disc sockets 1
Burrs/wear/damages => Clean or replace.
• Clutch hub sockets 2
Burrs/wear/damages => Replace clutch
hub.

NOTE:
Burrs on friction disc sockets and clutch hub
will result in irregular operation.
8. Check:
• Circumferential clearance
There is clearance => Replacement.
