Signal explanation
Machine is set to be "master", all clocks are synchronised using the internal
stratum III high stability crystal.
As for master but accelerated by 0.1% for NTSC applications. (Sampling
frequency will be increased by 0.1% i.e. 48'000Hz becomes 48'048 Hz)
As for master but slowed down by 0.1% for NTSC applications. (Sampling
frequency will be slowed by 0.1% i.e. 48'000Hz becomes 47'952 Hz)
