Add objects to the object tree in the communication structure by right-clicking the
object to which you want to add a child object. Use LN and DOI wizards to create
new objects.
Add the objects in the following order:
1. IEC 61850 Device object (SPA-ZC 40x)
2. Logical Device objects
3. Logical Node objects
4. Data objects
5. Datasets
6. Reporting control blocks
7. GOOSE control blocks
8. GOOSE inputs
