3.6 SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
3.6.01 Return for Service
CAUTION:
When shipping the printer, use the original packaging to prevent damage.
Be sure to remove the print cartridges.
1. Locate the original packaging or order replacement packaging from Okidata.
2. Remove the print cartridges. This will prevent damage to the printer during shipment.
3. Pack the unit, using the materials from Step 1.
WARNING:
Failure to remove the print cartridges may result in Okidata charging your dealership a fee for cleaning /
repairs.
3.6.02 All Other Returns
CAUTION:
The product MUST be returned in the original packaging.
The product MUST be returned with ALL originally supplied factory items.
Be sure to remove the print cartridges.
1. Locate the original packaging or order replacement packaging from Okidata.
2. Locate the originally supplied factory items. (Refer to the Users Guide)
3. Remove the print cartridges. This will prevent damage to the printer during shipment.
4. Pack the unit, using the materials from Step 1.
