About the Wizards

Purpose

The Install Tool wizards lead you through the configuration of the physical ports
and the basic services on a Passport 4400. The wizards present an appropriate
sequence of dialog panels, based upon the choices you make as you proceed
through the operation. In addition, the wizards prompt you to reset the unit at
appropriate points in the process. Following a reset, the wizards perform
diagnostics on the port or service that you are configuring.
