If you are running Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Me, the
Install Tool installation procedure installs Dial-Up Networking for you (if it is
not already present). If you are running Windows NT or Windows 2000, you
must manually install it.
If you are using a PPP connection, you may need to add a route to access the
Passport network. Refer to

Procedure

To establish a Telnet connection to a remote Passport 4400 device, follow these
steps:

Open the Dial-Up Networking window and double-click on the icon for the
connection that you previously defined.

Select Telnet from the Install Tool System menu.
The Telnet window opens.

Select Connect, then select Remote System.
The Connect dialog box opens.

Enter the Host IP address (the IP address of the remote Passport 4400).

Click on Connect.

Login to the CLI facility:
