Uninstall Fails

When you attempt to uninstall Install Tool, an error message
appears indicating that the uninstall process cannot find the
manifest.
If you install one version of Install Tool on top of another
version (in the same directory), and you subsequently
uninstall one of those versions, the uninstall operation
removes required registry entries and the installation
manifest. This causes the uninstall operation to fail.
If you are familiar with the Windows registry, you can use
regedit to delete the Install Tool entries. Only attempt this if
you have a thorough understanding of the registry.
First reinstall the old version of Install Tool, then uninstall it,
then reinstall the latest version.
