4. Obtaining a free No-IP account

If your ISP provides dynamic (non-static) IP address to you and you cannot connect to
your IP camera when you're away from it, here are a few simple steps to follow to get
yourself setup and online with No-IP.com's free dynamic DNS service, so you can run
your servers at your home or business without a static IP address.
