There are two video quality types: CBR (Constant Bit Rate) and VBR (Variable Bit Rate): CBR: The video bit rate is fixed, you can select a bit rate from dropdown menu. Higher bit rate means better video quality. But if the network bandwidth is limited, selecting a lower bit rate will help.

Continuous manual monitoring of the images from the camera is not required. The camera can detect motions and automatically send intimations. Once motion is detected, a captured image can be sent to you by Email or FTP.
