Lower case assembly
1. Install:
Needle bearing
Needle bearing position a:
185 ~ 186 mm (7.28 ~ 7.32 in)
Driver rod 1:
90890-06602
Needle bearing attachment 3:
90890-06615
Bearing depth plate 4:
90890-06603
NOTE:
Install the drive shaft needle bearing with
the manufacturer's marks b facing up.
2. Install:
Forward gear shim(s)
Tapered roller bearing outer race
Driver rod:
90890-06605
Bearing outer race attachment:
90890-06625
Forward gear and drive shaft installation
1. Install:
Pinion gear shim(s)
Drive shaft bearing outer race
Driver rod:
90890-06606
Bearing outer race installer:
90890-06167/90890-06628
