5.6 Configuration Information Print

Configuration settings are printed in a list. Information such as current printer settings, available memory capacity, and a version
of the system can be checked.
Restrictions in configuration information print
• Perform configuration information print when printing is not being performed, for exammple, when "Ready" is displayed.
• The output paper size is A4. If any paper is loaded in the Standard Paper Feed Tray, printing is performed onto the paper in the Stan-
dard Paper Feed Tray regardless of the paper size. If no paper is loaded in the Standard Paper Feed Tray, Paper Feed Tray 1 and Paper
Feed Tray 2 are checked for proper paper in this order and the information is printed. If "No Paper" is displayed and printing cannot
be performed, load paper in the Standard Paper Feed Tray or in a Paper Feed Tray.

Use steps 1 - 4 ( p.49) to display
"Administration."

Press the
"Config Info Print."

Press the OK Key.

Press the

"System Information."

Press the OK Key.

After checking the message, press
the OK Key.
When printing is complete, the screen in step 4 will
reappear, and you can continue setting.
To exit the setting, press the PRINT/PAUSE key.
