How to Print a Form

Create output data to combine with a
form and select [Print] from the [File]
menu of the application.

Check that "RISO HC5000" is selected
as a printer name and click the [Prop-
erties] button.

Select [Direct print] at [Output mode]
on the [Main setting] tab.

Set the print conditions such as [Orig-
inal image] and [Paper type].

Select [Form print pattern] on the
[Forms] tab.
If you select [Double side overlay], select also [Form
data print face].

Click the form to print in [Form list] to
select.
The preview is displayed. Check the detail.

Click the [OK] button.
The screen in step 1 appears again.

Click the [OK] button.
The output data is overlaid on the form and sent to the
printer.
• If multiple page data is registered as a form, all
the pages are registered but only the first page is
printed as form data. Remaining data will not be
used for printing.
• If the paper size of form data is different from the
actual paper size, the form is printed with refer-
ence to the lower left corner.
