Registration of form
Forms to be used must be created in a computer in advance and be registered in the printer.
• If multiple page data is registered as a form, all the pages are registered but only the first page is printed as form data. Remaining data
is not used for printing.
• If the paper size of form data is different from the actual paper size, the form is printed with reference to the lower left corner. (The
lower left corner of the form is printed at the lower left corner of the actual paper.)

Create form data using a computer.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu of
application.
The [Print] dialog box is displayed.

Check that "RISO HC5000" is selected
as a printer name.

Click the [Properties] button.

Select [Form] at [Output mode] in the
[Main setting] dialog box.

Click the [OK] button.
The [Print] dialog box appears again.

Click the [OK] button.
The data is sent to the printer and registered as a form.
Registered data can be selected in [Form list] on the
[Forms] tab.
