1. Clutch return springs weak
2. Clutch worn - damaged

Problem: Braking poor
Condition
1. Brake shoe(s) - pad(s) worn
2. Lever free-play excessive
3. Brake drum(s) worn
Problem: Brakes drag
Condition
1. Lever free-play less than minimum
2. Brake shoe return spring(s) loose - sprung

1. Replace chain
2. Replace countershaft sprocket
3. Replace rear sprocket
4. Replace - adjust drive chain
5. Replace master link

1. Replace clutch shoes
