14.7 Cleaning / changing the moistening sponge
Feeder and sealer are supplied with the same moistening unit. Cleaning / changing
the sponge is done the same way.
Warning! Please observe the following safety tips for cleaning and changing
the sponge on the feeder and sealer:
• Be extremely careful when using water. Immediately pull out the power
plug if water has penetrated the interior of the ultimail. Have the metering
system checked by a service technician before using it again.
• It is advisable to switch off the metering machine before removing the
water tank and changing the sponge.
