Using the ultimail as incoming mail stamp

For registering your incoming mail (up to a thickness of 6.35 mm / ¼"), you can use
the ultimail as incoming mail stamping machine. For this function, use the INCOMING
STAMP mode. The ultimail will print "Received on:..." together with the date
displayed.
All users can use this function, even without access card.

MODE SETTING
INCOMING STAMP
Setting incoming mail stamp function
• Go to the SET UP menu using the
key.
• Select MODE SETTING
INCOMING STAMP.
The ultimail sets the incoming mail stamp
and goes back to home menu. In the
status line you see the mode INCOMING
STAMP.
Change date
If necessary, you can change the date in
the same way as for the meter imprint
(see page 33).
Print incoming stamp
• Feed incoming mail in single pieces
and manually. Place the side to be
printed face upwards!
The ultimail prints the incoming mail
stamp and ejects the mailpiece to the
right.
End "incoming stamp" mode
• In the home menu press the
for about 3 seconds.
The ultimail goes back to METERING
mode.
