Auto attendants
The Auto Attendants (Menus) page sets up two auto attendants.
Auto attendant 1
Auto attendant 1 routes the call as follows:
•
Dialing 0 routes the call to local extension 111.
•
Dialing 1 routes the call to ring group 301.
•
Dialing 2 routes the call to ring group 302.
•
Dialing 3 routes the call to VoIP location 261. Dialing this VoIP number will play auto
attendant 2 on TalkSwitch 2 (which simulates calling the branch office).
•
If no number is dialed within five seconds, the auto attendant hangs up.
