Loading The Audio File; Setting Up Voicemail For Extension 111 - Talkswitch VS Demonstration Setup Manual

The ABC_Branch_AA2.wav file accompanies auto attendant 2. It says "Welcome to ABC
Company's Branch Office Location. If you know your party's extension, please dial it now. For
Marketing, press 1. For Accounts Receivable, press 2. To reach our Main Office, press 3. For all
other inquiries, press 0."
1. Select the Auto Attendants (Menus) page.
2. Select auto attendant 1.
3. Click Load Greeting. The Select Wav File window appears.
4. Click Browse. The Select Wav File window appears.
5. Browse to ABC_Main_AA1.wav, and then click Select Wav File.
6. Click Load. The TalkSwitch system loads the .wav file.
7. Repeat steps 2 to 6 for auto attendant 2 and ABC_Branch_AA2.wav.

Loading the audio file

The audio file uses the setup in the On-Hold/Ringback page described in On-hold/ringback on
page 9.
1. Select the On-Hold/Ringback page.
2. Click Load Wav File. The Select Wav File window appears.
3. Click Browse. The Select Wav File window appears.
4. Browse to the audio file, and then click Select Wav File.
5. Click Load. The TalkSwitch system loads the .wav file.

Setting up voicemail for extension 111

1. Pick up the phone connected to E1 of TalkSwitch unit 1.
2. Press .

3. Follow the prompts to enter a password, record a greeting, and record a name for the dial-
by-name directory.
