Prompted call back
The Prompted Call Back page sets up a prompted call back account.
•
Activate Prompted Call Back is selected.
•
Number to call back is 106.
•
Allow access to Hunt Groups is selected.
•
Hunt Group 9 is selected as an available hunt group.
Using prompted call back
1. Dial 107 or 108 using the dial-in phone connected to E5 or the cordless phone connected
to E6.
2. When the auto attendant answers, dial 6 and then follow the prompts.
Audio control options
The Audio Controls Options window sets PA output option to Static VoIP Demo. This setting
causes the system to play auto attendants and music on hold through the amplified speaker. You
can display the Audio Controls Options window by choosing the Options > PA
Output command.
