5-21 CHASSIS
• Tighten the front fork lower clamp bolts
cap bolts to the specified torque.
• Tighten the front fork upper clamp bolts
fied torque.
Front fork upper clamp bolt: 23 N-m
Front fork lower clamp bolt: 33 N • m
Front fork cap bolt: 23 N-m (2.3 kg-m, 16.5 Ib-ft)
• Install the front fender and tighten the mounting bolts
temporarily.
• Install the front brake caliper. (See p. 5-10.)
• Install the front wheel. (See p. 5-8.)
• Move the front fork up and down several times.
• Tighten the front fender mounting bolts securely.
