• Install the gearshift fork shafts
NOTE:
Position the gearshift cam as shown in Fig. so that the
gearshift fork shafts can be installed easily.
• Install the the gearshift cam stopper spring

CRANKCASE

• Wipe both crankcase mating surfaces with a cleaning
solvent.
• Apply SUZUKI BOND "1215" uniformly to the mating
surface of the right crankcase and assemble the cases
within a few minutes.
