Returning to Factory Default Setup

Bydefault,"NotInstalled"isdisplayed.Ifacutterisinstalled,
youmustmanuallyindicatethatconditiontothefirmwareby
selectingeither"Enable"or"Disable."Onceyouhavedonethat,
youcanalsouseIPLcommandstoenableordisablethecutter:
<STX>R<ETX>enterprint/configurationmode
<STX>c0<ETX>Disablecutter
<STX>c1<ETX>Enablecutter
Label Taken Sensor (optional)
Tomaketheprinterworkinself-stripmode,whichmeansit
waitsforalabeltoberemovedbeforethenextlabelisprinted,the
self-stripmodemustbeenabled.Thiscanalsobedoneby
executingthefollowingcommands:
<STX>R<ETX>enterprint/configurationmode
<STX><SI>t0<ETX>Disableself-strip
<STX><SI>t1<ETX>Enableself-strip
Ifthelabeltakensensordoesnotworkproperly,thesensitivity
canbecalibratedusingSetupMode.Select"LTSCalibration"
andfollowtheinstructionsinthedisplay.Makesurethatno
directsunlightorinteriorlightinginterfereswiththelabeltaken
sensor.
Therearethreewaystoreturntothefactorydefaultsetupofthe
printer:
·InsertaspecialCompactFlashmemorycardandrestartthe
printer.
·UsetheMemoryResetoptionintheTest/Servicepartofthe
SetupMode.
·Usetheprinter'sbuilt-inkeyboard.
