parallelorEasyLANcommunications.
Makesuretheprinter'scommunicationparametersmatchthe
parameterssetupontheconnecteddeviceandviceversa.Ifthe
printerandhostsetupsdonotmatch,theresponsefromthe
printertohostwillbegarbled.
Baud Rate
Thebaudrateisthetransmissionspeedinbitspersecond.There
are8options:
·1200
·2400
·4800
·9600(default)
·19200
·38400
·57600
·115200
Data Bits
Databitsspecifiesthenumberofbitsthatwilldefineacharacter.
·7CharactersASCII000to127decimal
·8CharactersASCII000to255decimal(default)
Parity
Theparitydecideshowthefirmwarewillcheckfortransmission
errors.Therearefouroptions:None(default),Even,Odd,and
Space.
