Removal
WARNING
Dii;;tnnect the Power Cord from the
1. Disconnect the Power Cord from the outlet.
2. Remove the Paper Tray.
3. Remove the Front Cover (Figure 1).
4. Note the position of the Gap Lever, front or
rear position.
5. Open Front Cover and remove the E-Ring
from each of the Front Cover pivot

6. Slide the Front Cover off of the pivot posts
one side at a time.
Replacement
CAUTION
Ensure fhs Gap Lever is engaged wifh Ihe
Prinfsr Gap Ann and fhe Gap Lever is
Mumed to the pailion
nofed in

1. Reinstall the components in the reverse order.
