Problem
When forgetting the
password to access
the Setup Page.
The Top View
Image screen
(Single Camera/
Multi-Camera) does
not appear.
Pan/Tilt does not
move.
Image is out of
focus.

Reset the Network Camera by pressing the CLEAR
SETTING button.

Re-configure the Network Camera.
If you are using Internet Explorer the first time the PC
connects to the Network Camera, a pop up ActiveX window
will appear. If the ActiveX window appears, click [Yes].
If you can not download the program or you can not
see the image
Tools menu –> Internet Options –> Security tab –>
Custom level
(1) Check "Prompt" in "Download signed ActiveX Controls".
(2) Check "Enable" in "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins".
If you can not download on the Internet
ActiveX can be also installed by double-clicking the
"ocx\Reghcm10.exe" in the Setup CD-ROM and a ActiveX
window appears.
Maximum 10 users can view the Motion JPEG
simultaneously on the network. The 11th user views the
blue screen on the Network Camera screen.
The network congestion prevents the Top View Image
screen from appearing quickly. Please wait for a while.
The proxy server prevents you from connecting directly to
the Network Camera, please set up not to use the proxy
server. For details please refer to Section
1.5.2 Configuring the Proxy Server.
Click [Refresh] on the web browser when the
communication stops with the Network Camera. The image
will be refreshing.
Please confirm if the Pan/Tilt is locked.
Please refer to Page 76 for the Camera Setup window.
The lens is dirty or dust is attached.
Please clean the lens with a lens cleaner.
The Network Camera can not focus the image within 40
inches (1 meter). Please keep the object more than 40
inches (1 meter) away from the lens.
