Meaning
The toner supply is low

1. At warm up, the temperature is
less than reference temperature
for 20 sec.
2. Abnormal ADC has occurred.
3. ZeroCross Signal detect error
has occurred.

1. DADF door is open during DADF

Suggested Solutions
Thoroughly roll the new cartridge five or six
times to distribute the toner evenly inside the
cartridge.
Replace the staple cartridge.
Install the staple cartridge.
Wait until the message is disappeared.
1. In case of meaning 1, replace the Fuser
unit.
2. In case of meaning 3, replace the Engine
contol board or Fuser control board or
SMPS.
Replace the Engine controller
Check the UI connector. If there is any
problem, replace the UI board. If the problem
persists, replace the main board.
Check the IP address or obtain a new IP
address.
1. Reinstall the toner cartridge.
2. Reconnect the harness.

Remove the printed paper.
1. Remove the paper on the output tray.
2. Check the Outbin Full Senosr (Component
Test -> Sensor Read -> OB)

jammed paper.
3. Open the reverse stack dooor and remove
the jammed paper.
4. Check the paper exit.
