Jam occurred because finisher's side cover was opened while finisher
was transporting paper.
If there is paper in the paper transport path, remove the paper.
Close the cover if it is open.

Staple jam occurred at stapler.
• Remove the staple cartridge, remove any jammed staples, install the
staple cartridge.
