Paper stayed for longer than set period at exit transport sensor while
being transported in finisher transport path.
If there is paper in the paper transport path, remove the paper.

Paper was detected at either the entrance transport sensor or the exit
transport sensor when the power was on or the finisher's side cover was
closed.
