3.7 REPLACEMENT THE TONER DENSITY SENSOR (TD
SENSOR)
1. Open the front cover.
2. Remove the imaging unit. (See imaging unit Removal.)
3. Empty all the developer on to the paper. (See developer replacement.)
4. Remove the TD sensor [A] (2 screws and 1 connector) from the imaging
unit.
5. Replacement the TD sensor.
6. Pour in the new developer evenly into the imaging unit. (See developer
replacement.)
7. Reinstall the imaging unit (1 knob screw).
8. Perform SP66.
