Chapter 4: Web-Based Management
TFTP Firmware Upgrade
The Firmware Upgrade page provides the functions to allow a user to update the
Managed Switch firmware from the TFTP server in the network. Before updating,
make sure you have your TFTP server ready and the firmware image is on the
TFTP server. The screen in Figure 4-13 appears.
Use this menu to download a file from specified TFTP server to the Managed
Switch.

This page includes the following fields:
OBJECT
TFTP Server IP Address
Firmware File Name
HTTP Firmware Upgrade
The HTTP Firmware Upgrade page contains fields for downloading system
image files from the Local File browser to the device. The Web Firmware
Upgrade screen in Figure 4-14 appears.

To open Firmware Upgrade screen, perform the following:
1. Click System -> Web Firmware Upgrade.
2. The Firmware Upgrade screen is displayed as in Figure 4-14.

DESCRIPTION
Type in your TFTP server IP.
Type in the name of the firmware image file to be updated.
