5.
Replace the switch, then retest.

Check the condition and movement of the rollers and gears.
7.
Replace the Media Drive Assembly

Check that the media is supported by the system.

Try a heavier media.
3.
Send a snippet to turn off the multi-pick detection code.
4.
Test the Y-Axis Motor using Service Diagnostics, replace if necessary
