Carburetor Assembly - Honda V30 Magna VF500C Manual

FUEL SYSTEM
Pull out the collar.
Remove the arm.
Remove the choke valve nut, spring and valve.
Check the choke valve for nicks, grooves, or other
damage.
CARBURETOR ASSEMBLY
Loosely install the choke valve, spring and nut.
Install the choke valve arm and spring by sliding the
clevis of the choke valve arm onto the groove of the
choke valve.
Tighten the choke valve nut.
Insert the collar to set the choke valve arm.
