Remove the lower crankcase and measure the
compressed plastigauge on each journal.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.07 mm (0.003 in)
BEARING SELECTION
CONNECTING ROD BEARING
If a rod bearing clearance is beyond tolerance, select
replacement bearings as follows:
The code number (1, or 2) stamped on each con-
necting rod identifies its inside diameter (1.0.).
The code letter (A or B) stamped on each crank-
shaft counter weight identifies the outside diameter
(0.0.)
of its crankpin.
