ENGINE LACKS POWER
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Raise rear wheels off the ground and WHEELS DO NOT SPIN FREELY
.. (1) Brake dragging
spin by hand
(2) Worn or damaged wheel bearings
WHEEL SPINS FREELY
(3) Drive chain too tight

(4) Rear axle nut too tight.
