Stator Installation; Flywheel Installation - Honda V30 Magna VF500C Manual

ALTERNATOR/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
STATOR INSTALLATION
I nstall the stator on the left crankcase.
Route the alternator wire properly, secure it with
clamp and connect the alternator wire coupler.
I nstall the stator wire clamp.
I nstall the seat.
FLYWHEEL INSTALLA liON
Clean the inside of the flywheel.
Check the taper portion of the crankshaft and clean.
Install the flywheel onto the crankshaft.

the flywheel with the universal holder and
tighten the flywheel bolt.
TORQUE:
50-60
N·m
(5.0-6.0
