CHAPTER 2 OPERATION
1.3 Upgrading
Mount the ROM DIMM designed for upgrading to a slot (J1, J2, or J3) so that the func-
tions of the existing built-in program ROM will be stopped, and its contents will be re-
placed with the contents of the newly mounted ROM DIMM. At this time, you need not
remove the existing built-in program ROM.
When you have remove the ROM DIMM from the slot, the contents of the built-in pro-
gram ROM will take over.
