5.2.3 Removing the Separation Pad

1) Remove the manual feed pickup roller.
2) Remove the separation pad [1].

5.2.4 Removing the Multifeeder Paper Sensor

1) Remove the left cover and the
multifeeder tray.
2) Remove the 2 screws [1], and detach
the cover [2].
3) Disconnect the connector [3], and free
the sensor hook [4]; then, detach the
multifeeder paper sensor [5].
