CLEANING THE AIR FILTER ELEMENT
NOTE: NOTE:
1 There is a check hose
air filter case. If dust and/or water collects in
this hose, clean the air filter element and air fil-
ter case.
1. Remove:
• seat
2. Remove:
• air filter case cover
3. Remove:
• wing bolt
1
• air filter element
• air filter element frame
CAUTION:
The engine should never be run without the
air filter; excessive piston and / or cylinder
wear may result.
4. Check:
• air filter element

Damage → Replace.
