ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE LEVER FREE PLAY

4. Adjust:
• engine idling speed
a. Turn the throttle stop screw
or until the specified idling speed is
obtained.

• fuel tank
NOTE: NOTE:
Slide the fuel tank.
6. Detach:
• digital tachometer
7. Adjust:
• throttle lever free play
Refer to "ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE
LEVER FREE PLAY".

2 ~ 4 mm (0.08 ~ 0.16 in)

Engine idling speed should be adjusted prop-
erly before adjusting the throttle lever free play.
1. Measure:
• throttle lever free play
Out of specification → Adjust.
Throttle lever free play
2 ~ 4 mm (0.08 ~ 0.16 in)
