Changing the Copy Ratio (Enlarging/Reducing Originals)
Calculating the Copy Ratio Based on the Original and Copy Paper Sizes
(ZOOM PROGRAM)
If you enter measurements for the original and desired copy images (or sheets), the machine will
automatically calculate and set the appropriate copy ratio. The following two Zoom Program modes are
available.
Making copies with the same XY copy ratio (ZOOM)
Designate the same copy ratio for the vertical and horizontal directions.

Sizes designated in millimeters are converted to the copy ratio (%) as follows:
copy ratio (%) = copy size (mm)/original size (mm) ×100
Numbers past the decimal point are discarded.
If the calculated copy ratio is smaller than 25%, it is set to 25%. If it is larger than 800%, it is set to 800%.
