Using a Mail Box

Printing Documents stored in the Mail Box

You can print out documents stored in the Mail Box.
NOTICE
To store a document in the Mail Box, it is necessary to perform the Mail Box setting beforehand. (See
"Mail Box Setting/Storing," on p.4-37.)

Depending upon the setting, the initial screen for extended
functions may appear. In this case, press the [MAILBOX] key.

Press the desired Mail Box number

You can directly enter the Mail Box number using the
Number keys ( - ).

Enter the password, and press the [OK] key.
MEMO
Enter the password used when the Mail Box was
stored.(See "Mail Box Setting/Storing," on p.4-37)
If a password has not been stored, this operation
is not required.
