Press the [PRINT MONITOR] key.
MEMO
If FAX functions are also installed, after pressing the [SYSTEM
MONITOR] key, select the [PRINT MONITOR] key.

Select the document to be canceled, and press
the [CANCEL] key.

Press the [YES] key or [NO] key.
MEMO
The canceled document is displayed as NG on
the Printing Job History screen.

Press the [DONE] key.
Repeating this operation returns the display to the
Basic Features Screen.
