Restarting your Nortel IP Phone 2002

There are two ways to manually restart your IP Phone 2002.
To manually restart your phone:
Power cycle (unplug and replug) your phone.
OR
Press the Config soft key and select the Reset Phone option.

Call does not connect

Before reporting a network problem, ensure that you are using the correct SIP
address to call someone.
