Soft key dialing options

When you go off-hook to make a call the idle display changes and includes the
following soft keys:

Placing a call

You can make calls with your IP Phone 2002 in any of the ways shown in
"Calling methods" on page

To make a call with the
Handsfree button
Line button

To
Dial your voice mailbox.
Dial the last number you called.
Activate alphanumeric dialpad characters.
To select a call subject to add to your call.
Note: The Rdial soft key appears on the display after you have made
your first call.

Do this
Press the Handsfree button to go off-hook on the
primary line (the green line button) and produce a
dial tone.
Press any available line button to produce a dial
tone. An available line has a user name label next to
it.
Pick up the handset.
Press this button to go off-hook on the primary line
(the green line button) and produce a dial tone.
