Resetting your IP Phone 2002

1 Press the Config soft key.
2 Choose the Reset Phone option and press the Select soft key.
3 Press the Ok soft key to confirm the reset or press Cancel to return to the idle
display.

Switching server control

If you lost the connection to your server, your IP Phone 2002 automatically
switches to the secondary server. You can also manually switch to the secondary
server.

Press the Config soft key.

Choose the Switch Controller option and press the Select soft key.
3 At the display prompt, confirm the IP address and port number of the alternate
server.
4 Press the Ok soft key.
Tip: As a shortcut, you can use the
servers.
